Zayda Yeoh at Radiance Wellness and Aesthetics is amazing. I went to learn about the various programs that are offered. I ended up with a life changing discussion about Hormone Therapy. Zayda offers books and is open to all questions. I was able to share my concerns and also was provided great detail about my blood work and ways to enhance my health. Zayda is patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, empathic and truly believes in helping her patients not just offering them services. Excellent experience from first contact to first visit. Zayda was quick to respond to initial questions, provided all info and paperwork prior to first visit, and was about as responsive as it gets at every step. First visit and pellet implant went quickly and very smoothly. I've used BiotTE in another state so I knew exactly what to expect. Zayda made very certain to insure I was fully numb before starting the procedure. Having had issues with another provider in the past with that I was thrilled with the care she took to insure my comfort. Would absolutely recommend her.

Zayda is very professional and sweet. I had an IV Hydration Therapy, and I loved it! It took about 30-40 mins. After my IV Hyderation I felt great and energized, which I needed, after a migraine. I would definitely do it again! Highly recommend it.
