Excellent experience from first contact to first visit. Zayda was quick to respond to initial questions, provided all info and paperwork prior to first visit, and was about as responsive as it gets at every step. First visit and pellet implant went quickly and very smoothly. I've used BiotTE in another state so I knew exactly what to expect. Zayda made very certain to insure I was fully numb before starting the procedure. Having had issues with another provider in the past with that I was thrilled with the care she took to insure my comfort. Would absolutely recommend her.

Zayda is very professional and sweet. I had an IV Hydration Therapy, and I loved it! It took about 30-40 mins. After my IV Hyderation I felt great and energized, which I needed, after a migraine. I would definitely do it again! Highly recommend it.

I went in for micro needling and vitamin B12 shot! End up shopping for vitamins too. I like the spa because it has corrective skin care and some holistic natural products too!
